Returns
Returns made easy with us. We understand that not everyone is happy with their purchase from time to time. If this is you and you have ordered the wrong item or simply not happy with it, get in contact with us. If we receive contact within 30 days of placing your order we will accept the return of any un-used items. (due to hygiene reasons we can not accept used items) Upon return of your item you will be offer you either your choice of the items value in a gift card or your items value minus the shipping cost in form of a refund. If the item was advertised and sold with free shipping the portion of the shipping cost not refunded will be $15AUD for Australian orders, $23AUD for new Zealand orders and $30 of all other international orders.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 12 moths from when issued. Gift cards maybe extended beyond the 12 months expiry if written contact is made to us prior to it expiring and we will asses the case and make a decision.
Custom Orders
1 Payment: Production will not begin until payment or deposit has been received. Once your art work is approved you need to pay the deposit or full invoice depending on what your contract states. As soon as your art work is approved and we receive the deposit or payment we start manufacturing your order, we cannot refund any of your order if you change your mind or cancel. Final balance is due prior to shipment of goods. Goods will not be shipped until final balance is received.
For legal reasons we cannot sell custom/bespoke orders to anyone under the age of 18, if you are under 18 you will need an adult to ok the ordered.
From time to time or pricing may change and can be different to what is shown on our website, if this is the case you will be told in the initial free consultation before any invoice is produced or payment is made
Once artwork has begun, any deposit that has been paid will not be refunded.
2 Changes: Once any artwork has been approved or when fiets has received payment no design or order changes will be accepted. No alterations or any other changes to the order can be made, we start producing your order as soon as we can to deliver it on time to you. Customers need to understand this, it is impossible to change the order once we start the manufacturing stage of your order.
3 Cancellations: Customers who cancel orders under any circumstance after fiets has received any form of deposit or payment will forfeit their deposit and will be billed for the remaining amount. Once we receive payment we start manufacturing all orders, it is unfair to expect us to have the responsibility of the cost of any customer cancelling their order. All goods will remain the property of fiets until the full invoice has been paid.
4 Delivery: Orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
5 Time: We advertise a 5 to 8 week time frame, this time frame starts once the art work has been approved and payment made and finishes when we ship any order. Please not these are approximant times. We do try our best to achieve the quickest time possible but every now and then a delay that is out of or hands can happen.
6 Acceptance: Customers understand the possibility of error. fiets is not responsible for replacement or refund. All sales are final. Check your order and art work twice before you accept it and pay the deposit.
7 Delivery: Orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
8 Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised if an order is not placed within 30 days of the quote.
9 Samples: Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a bank deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased and the appropriate cost will be billed to you.
10 Warranty: Your fiets garment comes with a manufacturing defect warranty. fiets warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the product will, with normal use and service, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship. fiets does not cover wear and tear.
Crash Assistance And Warranty
Unfortunately crashes happen. We hate hearing that anyone has crashed but if you damage your fiets kit in the process, send us a picture of the damaged kit and we will hook you up with a discount code.
